The accusation that AI artists are appropriating Dada is an interesting one. There's no moral argument that can be made in their defense that would be consistent with Dada and their protectionist worldview. I'm the morally consistent anarchist. They're bourgeois capitalists that are concerned about their pillows and trust funds. We aren't even the same species of artist.
Well, anyway, I'm glad it makes them nervous. It should. I will spread the joyous contradictions of Dada across all of the subversive AI world, and before you know it there will be bots writing poetry and random number generators making conversations with their elderly parents and extended families.
